“REVO REEL DAILY GIVEAWAY ” OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASING WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes begins 9:00am Eastern Time April 2, 2012, and ends on at 8:00PM Eastern Time, April 30, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. How to Enter. Simply fill out the online entry form at www.bassmaster.com. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.

3. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, aged 16 or older at the time of entry. Previous winners, employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and promotional agencies and their immediate families or others residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Daily Winner Selection. One (1) Winner will be selected by Sweepstakes Administrator in a random drawing to be held each day (24-hour period) during the Promotion Period, from among all eligible entries received that during the Promotion Period. If an entrant is not the Daily Winner, all of his/her previous entries will remain eligible for the next drawing. Limit one entry per person per day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor at its option may choose to award the prize with or without prior notification to the Winner. In the event Sponsor chooses to notify Winner, he/she will be notified by telephone or email at the phone number or email address on the entry form within three (3) days of selection. If the prize winning communication or email-notification is unanswered or undeliverable, or Sweepstakes Administrator is unable to reach a potential Winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt at notification, Sponsor at its option, may deem the prize to be forfeited and award prize to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing.

5. Daily Prize. One (1) ABU GARCIA REVO S REEL will be awarded each day during the Promotion Period. Actual Retail Value: $129.99. (Total Retail Value of All Prizes $3,769.71). One prize per person per household. The value of the prize awarded to Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. No substitution, except at the discretion of Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.

6. General. Winner may be required by Sponsor to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release within five (5) days of notification. Non-compliance will result in disqualification. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator disclaim all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, email, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors, technical failures in entry transmission or lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to participant’s computer occasioned by participation in the Sweepstakes. In the event Winner is a minor (under the age of majority in his/her state of residence), a parent or legal guardian must, on behalf of the minor, hereby agree to be bound by these Official Rules and execute any necessary releases on his/her behalf. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand that the decisions of Sweepstakes Administrator with regard to the interpretation of rules, conduct of the Sweepstakes and the selection of each Winner are final in all respects. By accepting the prize, Each Winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, each Winner releases Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages and/or personal injury arising out of participating in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse the prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs, bots, sweepstakes aggregator sites or any similar device, program, process or procedure).
